Cape Town, South Africa | NOW THEN DIGITAL — Actress Lebohang Mpyana, famous for her role as Khelina in Diep City, has passed away after a brief illness. Her family confirmed her death through a statement on her Facebook page, expressing their grief and requesting thoughts and prayers from the public.

Mzansi Magic, the channel that aired Diep City, also released a statement extending condolences to Lebohang’s family and friends. They praised her dedication and contributions to the entertainment industry and lamented the loss of a talented actress and comedian with much more to offer.

Fans took to social media to pay tribute to Lebohang Mpyana, highlighting her exceptional portrayal of Khelina in Diep City and mourning the loss of a great talent in the South African arts industry.

In a recent interview with Limpopo Guide, Lebohang credited her role in Diep City to the viral success of her online comedy videos. She expressed gratitude for the support and recognition she received from her work and the industry.
