RUBiS Energy Extends Reach With Ten New Rebranded Service Stations in Uganda

RUBiS Energy, one of the leading oil and gas companies in Uganda, has announced the rebranding of ten new service stations across the country.

KAMPALA, UGANDA | NOW THEN DIGITAL — RUBiS Energy, a leading oil and gas company in Uganda, has rebranded an additional ten new service stations in Uganda to offer high-quality products and services to customers.

The new service stations include RUBiS Ntinda, Kamwokya, Bbira, Mengo, Kisenyi, Wobulenzi, Iganga 2, Bwebajja, Kigumba, and Namunsi, and are strategically located to provide a wide range of services such as UltraTec petrol and diesel fuels, convenience stores, lubricants, and car service.

RUBiS Energy expands its presence in Uganda with rebranding of 10 new service stations.

Acquisition and Investment

Rubis Energie, a French multinational, acquired Kobil Uganda Ltd and Delta Petroleum Ltd in 2019, enabling Rubis to venture into Uganda. The company has since invested heavily in improving the appearance and presence of the acquired assets, as well as expanding its reach in East Africa.

The rebranding of the service stations in Uganda has helped Rubis achieve a total of 330 branded stations in East Africa by the end of March 2023.

Commitment to Quality and Sustainability

The new service stations were announced by Olivier Gatera, the Country Manager, RUBiS Energy Uganda, at the RUBiS Mengo in Kampala. Speaking at the event, Gatera said that the stations are equipped with state-of-the-art technology to ensure that customers receive the best possible service.

The stations come with ultramodern Enjoy shops, the RUBiS Card, and App services, designed to enhance customers’ fueling and shopping experience across Uganda.

RUBiS Energy appreciates its customers’ loyalty and has launched a promotion for two months, offering customers the chance to win amazing gifts and discounts from their purchases at the stations.

All motorcyclists and vehicle owners that refuel, shop, or service their automobiles at RUBiS stations stand a chance to win. In addition, RUBiS service stations offer free car checks to ensure that customers’ vehicles are in good working condition.
