This plant is excellent immune system support for dogs. Echinacea is also easy to use, so you can use it to give your dog a boost without the side effects of a drug.

Boost

The proper diet for your dog is essential to boosting their immune system. Make sure it contains plenty of meat and vegetables, and add probiotics to their diet.

Exercising your dog regularly will also help their immune system. They should also get plenty of exercise every day. Dogs need about two to three hours of physical activity per day.

While the amount of exercise may be small, it can go a long way toward boosting their immunity.

Blueberries

As the ultimate superfood, blueberries are loaded with beneficial nutrients for our health. They are a great snack for both humans and dogs, and they have the highest amount of antioxidants of any fruit.

A cup of fresh blueberries contains about 258 milligrams of vitamin C and 174 milligrams of omega-3 fatty acids.

These nutrients are important for your dog’s immune system, as they can slow the aging process and help him stay healthy.

Resveratrol

Resveratrol is another immunity booster for dogs. Recent studies have shown that resveratrol increases the immunity response in dogs.

In one study, it was shown to increase the number of cytokines in the blood and spare polymorphonuclear cells (PMNs).

This effect may help dogs fight infections, as the innate immune system is essential to certain diseases. The study used whole blood from 12 healthy adult dogs.

It also measured the changes in the production of cytokines, which are signals that cells use to communicate with each other during infections.

Carrots

A healthy dog diet includes carrots. These vegetables are rich in nutrients that boost immunity.

Many of them are even more beneficial than humans, considering the fact that half of dogs will eventually develop cancer.

They are high in Beta Carotene, a nutrient that the body converts into Vitamin A.

This vitamin helps fight cancer. Besides, they can make your dog feel better, as carrots are safe for canine digestion.

Turkey tail mushroom

The benefits of turkey tail mushroom extract have been studied in many studies, and some evidence suggests it may confer positive immune benefits in dogs.

This mushroom contains beta-glucans, which are substances that boost the immune system.

These compounds work to fight infection and support healthy liver function, as well as protect the heart valves from damage caused by diabetes or drugs.

The mushroom also acts as a bioaccumulator, which means it can help clean the soil, but this property can be dangerous for those who ingest it.

This property allows the mushroom to direct interaction with immune cells and produce a healthy response to infections and immune deficiencies.

Glucosamine sulfate

Glucosamine sulfates are often used in conjunction with chondroitin sulfate, which has the same goal of stimulating cartilage repair in the dog’s joints.

Chondroitin is derived from the outer shell of crustaceans. Glucosamine sulfate, however, is found in plant sources, so it is not found in cartilage.

Studies have shown that glucosamine in dogs is effective in maintaining cartilage in the joints.

Platinum Performance(r) Canine

The last immunity booster on our list is Platinum Performance(r) Canine, a veterinarian-formulated supplement for dogs that supports digestion, joint health, and skin and coat health.

It also provides 500 mg of Glucosamine Sulfate, a natural substance easily absorbed by dogs. It also helps maintain healthy immune function.

In addition, it includes antioxidants, omega-3 fatty acids, and vitamins and trace minerals. These ingredients have been proven to help your dog stay healthy.
