- At the ceremony, close family members, Bollywood stars, and cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar and his wife were present.
- Ranbir Kapoor is the son of great Bollywood stars Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor who dominated the Hindi film industry from the 1970s to the 1980s.
- Alia Bhatt, 29, belongs to a family of Bollywood artists and filmmakers. Her father, Mahesh Bhatt, is a filmmaker, and her mother is an actress.

Ranbir Kapoor, 39, comes from a prominent Bollywood family that has dominated the Hindi film industry since the 1940s. His parents, Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor, both played prominent roles in Bollywood during the 1970s and 1980s.
He is the grandson of veteran actor-director Raj Kapoor, who was regarded as Bollywood’s best showman. Raj Kapoor’s father, Prithviraj Kapoor, was an actor who ran a theatre company and appeared in Hindi classics in the 1940s.

The actor’s film career began by assisting director Sanjay Leela Bhansali on the movie Black in 2005. In 2007, he made his acting debut in Bhansali’s “Saawariya.”

In 2012, Bhatt made her debut in Karan Johar’s teen drama “Student of the Year”. In 2014, she won an award for portraying a kidnapping victim in the film “Highway”.
“Gully Boy,” Bhatt’s 2019 film, was chosen as India’s submission for the Best International Feature Film category at the 92nd Academy Awards.
