Jonathan Nalebo has confirmed that his relationship with Enid Mirembe is officially over. After more than seven years together and raising two children as a couple, they’ve decided to part ways. Nalebo shared the news on his social media, and you could tell it came from a place of honesty and deep reflection.
He described the breakup as something they both agreed on—for the sake of peace, healing, and moving forward. In his post, he had nothing but kind words for Enid, calling her “an incredible woman” and admitting that he hadn’t always lived up to the values she stood for.
“She was honestly too perfect for me to keep up with,” he wrote. “I mishandled the treasure she was.”
He opened up about his personal struggles too, especially when it comes to faith. As someone who often speaks about God and values, he admitted he fell short and sees this moment as a call to realign with his spiritual path.
“If love ever comes again,” he said, “I hope it finds me healed, whole, and grounded in Christ.”
The two will continue to co-parent their children, who will live with Enid. Nalebo said he trusts her completely and believes she’s more than capable of raising them with wisdom and strength.
He ended his post with a heartfelt prayer for her future. “She deserves a love that truly sees and honours her. I hope she finds that.”
Enid Mirembe, best known as the powerhouse behind the Rolex Festival, has built quite a name for herself in Uganda—from being crowned Miss Tourism Busoga in 2015 to being listed among Satisfashion Uganda’s 40 Movers and Shakers, and even running for political office in 2020.
Though Enid hasn’t shared her side publicly, Nalebo’s post has sparked a lot of support online. Many people are applauding both of them for being open and respectful during such a personal and emotional time.
