Singer MzVee has announced the release date of her fifth studio album titled ’10Thirty.’ MzVee’s new album is slated to be released on June 24th, 2022.
KAMPALA | NOW THEN DIGITAL — In an announcement made on Twitter, Ghanaian singer MzVee announced her upcoming fifth studio album entitled ’10Thirty.’ It is scheduled for release on the 24th of June 2022.
- Having made herself an important presence in the Ghanaian music industry for the past ten years, Mzvee is preparing to release her fifth studio album ’10Thirty’ as a birthday gift to her fans.
- MzVee’s new album ’10Thirty’ arrives two years after the Afropop singer released her highly acclaimed fourth album “InVEEncible” in the year 2020.
- As she celebrates ten years in the music industry and turns thirty, MzVee has prepared herself well to enter the next phase of her career. She hopes global audiences will hear her story someday.

The new album from MzVee, titled “10Thirty”, arrives two years after she released her highly acclaimed fourth album, entitled “InVEEncible”, in 2020.
Born Vera Hamenoo-Kpeda, the diva turns 30 on June 23, and there are high expectations that her new album will mark the beginning of a new life for her.
MzVee explained, that a decade in Ghana’s music industry has been a rollercoaster – hence the ’10Thirty’ hype.
By celebrating ten years in the music industry and turning thirty, MzVee seems prepared to move on to the next phase in her music career. She hopes that people all over the world will hear her story someday.
Dhamie Official of the EIB Network had previously interviewed MzVee for an Instagram live at the beginning of 2022.
On June 10, MzVee shared the official artwork for the album cover on her Twitter and Instagram pages, proclaiming that life is either a journey of destiny or fate.
She posted:

MzVee’s career in music
MzVee first appeared on the Ghanaian music scene in the summer of 2012 as the lead singer of Lynx Entertainment’s girl group D3.
D3 sang hit songs like “Good Girls Gone Bad” and “Gyani Gyani” before breaking up at the end of 2013 due to the young members’ educational duties.
In January 2014, MzVee debuted her solo career with the song “Borkor Borkor.” Then she released the hit single “Natural Girl” and was announced as the “Unsung Artiste Award” recipient at the 2014 Ghana Music Awards.
In November 2014, she released a debut album ‘Re-Vee-Lation’ featuring collaborations with several award-winning artists, including Stonebwoy, VIP, Shatta Wale, Richie Mensah, M.anifest, and Didier Awadi.
As a follow-up to the success of her award-winning debut album, MzVee released her highly anticipated second album titled ‘Verified’ in November 2015.
The ‘Verified’ album earned MzVee seven nominations at the 2016 Ghana Music Awards including ‘Album of the Year’ and ‘Record of the Year’ for ‘Abofra’ featuring Efya. Her third album ‘DaaVee’ was released in May 2017.
On December 11, 2020, she released her album ‘inVeencible’, which consisted of contributions by Sarkodie, Mugeez, Efya, Medikal, Kelvyn Boy, Kojo Funds, and Falz.
In March 2021, she partnered with Trace TV to release the music video for her single ‘You Alone’.
