Global superstar Wizkid has gifted his fans with a brand new video to accompany ‘True Love,’ from his Grammy-nominated album, Made In Lagos.
KAMPALA | NOW THEN DIGITAL — Wizkid, the Grammy-winning international superstar, brought out US supermodel Winnie Harlow to bring his fans into his starry-eyed vision for his hit song ‘True Love’.

With Nigerian R&B artiste Tay Iwar and Jamaica’s Projexx on the track, it comes from Starboy/Sony Music International/RCA Records. The track is one of Wizkid’s tenacious 14-track album, so expectations were pretty high for the video.
As for the video, Wizkid invited Jamaican-Canadian model and CAY SKIN founder Winnie Harlow to add some flair to the beloved ballad in a video directed by Nabil Elderkin.
Wizkid’s tasty visual project comes as he gears up (and hopes) for an evening filled with celebrities at the Grammy Awards, which happen this Sunday, April 3.
This song appears on Wizkid’s internationally acclaimed and Grammy-nominated album ‘Made In Lagos’. The album is an immense work of art that has received rave reviews from audiences around the world.
Wizkid’s song ‘Essence’ featuring Tems from Nigeria has taken the world by storm, and even earned Wizkid his own Grammy nomination, the ”Best Global Music Performance’‘ category at the 64th Annual Grammy Awards show.
Taking to her Instagram account, American model Winnie Harlow discussed playing the Nigerian crooner’s love interest.
Harlow, who is already a fan of Wizkid, wrote:
