Kampala, Uganda | NOW THEN DIGITAL — Nigerian sensation Buju BNXN is set to captivate Ugandan audiences with an electrifying performance at the upcoming Afro Amapiano event, marking the final edition of the series in December.

Known by his real name, Daniel Etiese Benson, Buju BNXN has emerged as one of the most captivating talents on the continent, boasting a repertoire of hits like Gagawalada, Loose Emotions, Bad Since ’97, and Outside, among others.

The highly anticipated event is scheduled to take place at Kati Kati Grounds in Kampala on December 2, 2023. Buju BNXN will share the stage with the South African DJ duo TxC and a lineup of talented Ugandan stars, including Ava Peace and DJ Slick Stuart, promising a musical fusion that reflects the vibrant diversity of Uganda’s music scene.

Buju BNXN follows in the footsteps of other West African artists who have recently graced the Ugandan stage, including Simi, King Promise, and Blaqbonez.

The singer’s breakthrough came with the 2021 collaboration with Ladipoe on the hit track ‘Feeling,’ which quickly became a chart-topping sensation.
