Makindye, Uganda | NOW THEN DIGITAL — Ugandan female recording artist Lydia Nabawanuka, known as Lydia Jazmine, has delighted her fans by announcing the official date for her first-ever concert, which is scheduled for March 1, 2024.

Lydia Jazmine, who has been in the music industry for over a decade, has faced numerous obstacles when it comes to organizing her own concert. Challenges such as parting ways with her management and the COVID-19 pandemic have thwarted her previous attempts.

However, she now believes the time is right to finally give her fans the live concert experience they’ve been waiting for. Currently in Canada for music performances, Lydia Jazmine shared this exciting news via her social media channels.

In her announcement, she also kindly requested fellow artists and promoters to refrain from scheduling events on the same day, as this moment is long-awaited and significant for her and her fans.

Here’s her message: ”My people, God is so good all the time. I have never held a concert and this will be my very first time. Ladies and gentlemen, introducing Lydia Jazmine Live in Concert on 1st March 2024!!.”

She continued: ”I’m so emotional right now, both excited and scared…mixed emotions. But finally, we (are) here and please, this date is mine alone, I should not see anyone else staging their concert on the same day. This is my month. I have served you my fans over the years, you and I deserve this one. Mark the date my people. Which venue should we do?”.

This announcement marks a significant milestone in Lydia Jazmine’s career, and her fans are eagerly looking forward to the event.
