In a move to provide enhanced communication services to its customers, MTN Uganda has announced the relaunch of MTN Webphone with Webex.

KAMPALA, UGANDA | NOW THEN DIGITAL — MTN Uganda has announced the relaunch of MTN Webphone with Webex, an innovative communication solution that offers MTN customers in the diaspora the ability to make calls back home at local calling rates.

In partnership with Cisco, the global leader in video conferencing and messaging solutions, MTN Uganda aims to revolutionize long-distance communication.

To recharge your account, easily load airtime for your Webphone with Webex number using mobile money via 1651# or the MoMo app. Stay informed about your account balance by dialing 131 from your MTN Webphone with Webex application, where you can listen to prompts and obtain the necessary information.

Easy Sign-Up Process

To access MTN Webphone with Webex, customers can visit any MTN Service Center with a valid National ID and a working email address. Upon registration, users will be assigned a web phone number starting with ‘032,’ allowing them to make Internet calls using a smartphone, tablet, or any other internet-enabled device.
