Kampala, Uganda | NOW THEN DIGITAL — The Judiciary’s permanent secretary, Dr. Pius Bigirimana, has unveiled his latest literary work—a compilation of quotes extracted from his six published books.

Within these books, a wide array of subjects is explored, ranging from African traditions, governance, resilience in post-conflict regions, to the power of mindset. Each narrative within the books aims to resonate with readers’ experiences and shed light on crucial aspects of daily life in Uganda.

Dr. Bigirimana emphasizes that these books, including the recent release titled “Naked Truth,” tackle pressing issues affecting both individuals and the nation at large. They delve into policy matters, corruption, and even delve into the sensitive topic of sex. For the author, this compilation represents a chapter in his life and a commitment to making a positive impact on the world.

One notable book discussed is “Naked Truth,” where Dr. Bigirimana bravely delves into African Sex Magic treasures, unraveling the mysteries of human sexuality and magic hidden within African traditions. The author stressed that while writing, he reflected deeply on the interconnection of our bodies and spirits, emphasizing that sex is not merely a physical act but a profound system of intimacy encompassing emotional, spiritual, and bonding aspects.

Additionally, the author discusses corruption in another book, highlighting its pervasive nature and the necessity of vigilance to combat it effectively. He stresses the importance of not turning a blind eye and encourages society to examine its stance on corruption. Bigirimana delves into syndicated corruption and advocates for courage and technical competence in the fight against this deeply entrenched issue.

In “From Tears to Cheers,” Dr. Bigirimana critically analyzes the construction of Northern Uganda between 2007-2012, motivated by claims that the government had not done enough for the people in that region. Another work, “Corona Lockdown Chronicles,” also finds its place in this compilation.
