Pretoria, South Africa | NOW THEN DIGITAL — Hey Neighbour has exciting news for music fans – the sensational afrobeats star Rema is set to headline Day Two of the festival alongside the illustrious Grammy and Pulitzer award-winning rapper Kendrick Lamar.

Mark your calendars for this star-studded event happening from December 8 to 10 at the picturesque Legends Adventure Farm in Pretoria.

The big reveal happened during 947’s lively drive time show hosted by Thando Thabethe on a Wednesday afternoon. The festivities for Hey Neighbour’s media day commenced in the afternoon and concluded with an exclusive private party in Sandton.

947 shared the buzz on Instagram, “What a fun day at the Media day for @heyneighbourfest. So many artists were announced including THE INTERNATIONAL HEADLINER @heisrema. Have you gotten your tickets? 8 – 10 Dec. Legends Adventure Farm, Pretoria.”

Day Two promises an electrifying lineup, featuring not only Lamar and Rema but also acclaimed artists like Nothing But Thieves, Scorpion Kings, Shimza, Blxckie, Jack Parrow, Zakes Bantwini, Shekhinah, Anatii, and Focalistic.

The festival, spanning three days, is a powerhouse of music, showcasing global stars like Khalid, H.E.R, The Chainsmokers, and Swedish House Mafia.

Rema, riding the wave of his chart-topping hit single ‘Calm Down’, has been making history. He recently bagged the inaugural Best Afrobeats award at the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards for the remix of the single featuring Selena Gomez.
