Emeka Collins Bareija, a comedian and radio personality, has joined KFM, where he will work on the K-Drive show with Becky.
KAMPALA | NOW THEN DIGITAL — Emeka Collins, a radio personality and comedian from Uganda, has joined the K-Drive show with Becky Katagaya at the KFM radio station.
- Collins Emeka, alias The Romantic Mukiga, announced in April that he would be leaving Galaxy FM in the near future, where he had been hosting the ‘Morning Saga’ with Detacha Sakalaman and Precious Remmy.
- Following his announcement, he ended his one-year tenure at the Kansanga-based station that he joined from the now-defunct Hot 100 FM in April 2021.
- The K-Drive show runs Monday through Friday from 3 pm to 7 pm.
- Emeka now joins other media personalities such as Faiza Salima from XFM, who joined the station in the past few months.

Collins Emeka alias The Romantic Mukiga announced at the start of April 2022, that he was leaving Galaxy FM. He had been hosting the ‘Morning Saga’ along with Detacha Sakalaman and Precious Remmy for over five years.
This announcement marked the end of his year-long tenure at the Kansanga station he had joined in April 2021 after leaving the now-defunct Hot 100 FM.
Over the past weeks, ‘Romantic Mukiga’ has been teasing his fans about his latest radio journey by taking pictures of the KFM studios.
“Deal done and signed. Here we go soon,” Emeka captioned the photo of him signing the contract.
Emeka later expressed his joy at joining Becky Nantale on the show by saying: “Here we go. I am glad to join 93.3 KFM my new home. Let the K Drive begin,” he posted on his Twitter page.

The newest addition to the station is Emeka, who is joining a host of media personalities who have joined in the last few months, including Faiza Salima who came from XFM.
