LAGOS, NIGERIA | NOW THEN DIGITAL — Among the first acts announced for the Afro Nation Portugal 2023 festival are Burna Boy, 50 Cent, and Asake. Other names on the bill include Booba, Aya Nakamura, Fireboy DML, Tayc, among others.
- Afro Nation, the world’s largest Afrobeats festival, will return to Portimao, Portugal, from June 28 to 30, 2023 to celebrate the best in Afrobeats, reggae, dancehall, hip-hop, amapiano, soca, and other Black-led musical genres.
- In May 2023, Burna Boy, WizKid, Rema, Asake, Beanie Man, and more will perform at Afro Nation’s first US show in Miami, following the second edition of the festival in Ghana in 2022.
