KAMPALA | NOW THEN DIGITAL — Ugandan female recording artist Zafaran, who recently signed a professional contract with Swangz Avenue, has released her first song under their label, entitled Sweetheart.

Following her newfound membership with Swangz, Zafaran releases her debut project, ‘Sweetheart’, where she displays her natural lyrical and vocal skills.
The single, written and produced by Dokta Brain and Bomba, sees Zafaran officially launching her career. While she sings about the love she has for her intimate handsome ”sweetheart,” the track is also danceable.
There are a lot of bridges and interludes in the song, and the harmonies and progressions define a new generation of musicians who have the great technical ability to back up their creativity.
Director Gabriel Kyambadde kept the ‘Sweetheart’ video simple and colourful, and Zafaran expressed her love through movement and gesture.
