Kampala, Uganda | NOW THEN DIGITAL — Alien Skin, the music artist renowned for hits like “sitya danger,” is set to retire from active music by the year’s end. Despite the pleas from devoted fans urging him to continue, Alien Skin remains resolute in his decision.

In a recent conversation with Joweriah of Spark TV, he shed light on his reasoning. Alien Skin emphasized that he wishes to step aside from the music scene, citing a desire to make room for emerging artists. He reflects on the common phenomenon of younger artists criticizing established ones for lingering in the spotlight, hindering new talent from flourishing.

“Yes, it’s true I am going to retire from music.” Alien Skin said.

”It’s not a crime because I have grown up hearing younger artists blaming the older more established artists for lasting too long in the limelight and blocking their blessings.” he added, underlining his intent to pave the way for fresh talent.
