The 2023 Ghana Music Awards USA (GMA-USA) nominees have been announced in Springfield, Virginia.
KAMPALA, UGANDA | NOW THEN DIGITAL — The Ghana Music Awards USA (GMA-USA) has announced its nominees for the 2023 ceremony.
The awards ceremony is designed to honor Ghanaian musicians living abroad, particularly in the United States, while promoting Ghana’s music and culture globally. The ceremony is set to take place in Springfield, Virginia.
The award ceremony, created by Don’s Music Production in 2020, recognizes artists in several categories.
In 2022, Kofi Kinaata won the coveted Artist of the Year Award. Other top winners of the night included Black Sherif, Diana Hamilton, Jay Hover, Kuami Eugene, Herty Corgie, and Royal Mama, each taking home two awards.
